Under AB104 Section 84905, "a member of the consortium shall be represented only by an official designated by the governing board of the member". Under the South Bay Consortium Governance Rules and Procedures, "each Member Governing Board will appoint one representative and two alternates to ensure that a quorum is available for each scheduled meeting". AB104 Section 84905 is attached. |

Superintendent's Recommendation:
Designate Dr. Megan Battle, Senior Director of Learning, as the official designee to represent the Coronado Unified School District as it relates to the South Bay Consortium, as described in AB104 Section 84905, and designate Rita Beyers, Assistant Superintendent and Donnie Salamanca, Senior Director of Business, as alternates.
