Pursuant to Education Code 42100, on or before September 15, the governing board of each district shall approve, in a format prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction, an annual statement of all receipts and expenditures of the District for the preceding fiscal year and shall file the statement with the County Superintendent of Schools.
Unaudited Actuals reports the final revenues and expenditures for the district for the 2019/2020 fiscal year prior to the final review of the District's financial transactions by the independent auditors. The Unaudited Actuals Financial report is provided under separate cover and is available for review at the District Office located at 201 Sixth Street, Coronado, CA 92118.
The ending balances in the report reflect the actual spending of all sites and departments. Any adjustments to these unaudited ending balances will be made by the District's external auditors and presented to the Board of Education by January 2021.
