A revised salary schedule is attached.

Summary of Changes:  

• New classification of Senior Director 
• Change placement of Director of Nutrition Service and group with Director of Maintenance, Operations & Transportation in recognition of district-wide programming responsibilities.  
• Increase longevity increment at Step 11 from 0.5% to 2.5%

The following salary adjustment information is provided for your reference:

• A salary increase of 1% is provided to the California School Employees Association (CSEA) for the 2020-21 fiscal year.  This is in addition to annual step increases provided for in the CSEA salary schedule.  The step increases range from 0.75% to 4.01% annually, depending on years of experience.  

• A salary increases of 1% is provided to the Association of Coronado Teachers (ACT) for the 2020-21 fiscal year.  This is in addition to annual step increases provided for in the ACT salary schedule.  The step increases range from 0.20% to 6.72% annually, depending on years of experience.
