Government Code section 3547 requires that the initial bargaining proposals of the District and its employee unions be presented/accepted during a public Board meeting. The initial proposals of CSEA have been provided to each Board member and are in the accompanying Board documents for information purposes. |

There is no financial impact at this time. Upon reaching a tentative agreement, the financial impacts of negotiations will be presented with the required AB1200 disclosures for Board consideration. |
