The District's current process is labor intensive and overly reliant on just a few key individuals. School Administrative assistants at each site have reported spending on average 10-15 hours a week (sometimes more) procuring substitutes. Additional time is spent manually coding paper timesheets, data entry into excel, and following-up with staff to report absence and additional time worked.
Staff are recommending the implementation of Frontline's services to streamline absence and time reporting and take advantage of operational efficiencies by utilizing its automated substitute management process.
