During the March 2019 Board meeting, staff were asked to prepare a Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Replacement Plan for the BBMAC. The purpose of this document is to assess current and future facilities and equipment needs and develop a resource allocation plan that distributes expenditures across budget years while ensuring ongoing operations. |
