7.5  BBMAC Report (5 min. + Board Discussion)  (Reports)
 

Background Information:

During the March 2019 Board meeting, staff were asked to prepare a Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Replacement Plan for the BBMAC.  The purpose of this document is to assess current and future facilities and equipment needs and develop a resource allocation plan that distributes expenditures across budget years while ensuring ongoing operations.

Reports:

The attached Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Replacement Plan provides an overview of BBMAC major equipment and facilities needs through the next life cycle of these assets.  The report includes projects or equipment in excess of $5K, individually.

Financial Impact:

There is no immediate financial impact in receiving this report.  Budget allocations for these projects will be approved in the period in which they occur.
