4.7  Adopt Annual Board Resolution Regarding Business Operations  (Action)
 

Background Information:
Pursuant to various sections of the Education Code, it is necessary that the Governing Board approve resolutions each fiscal year in order to maintain a current register of persons authorized to act on behalf of the school district.  Resolutions are available for review in the Assistant Superintendent's Office.  

Financial Impact:
None. For reporting purposes only.
Superintendent's Recommendation:

That the Board adopt the attached Resolution 19-04-01 thru 19-04-10 regarding Business Operations.
