4.13  Approve Employment Contract with Donnie Salamanca as Assistant Superintendent of Coronado Unified School District  (Action)
 

Background Information:

Donnie Salamanca has served as the Senior Director of Business Services with CUSD since March 2017.  Mr. Salamanca came to CUSD with over 10 years of experience in school business and finance, with previous experience as a school district auditor, and serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services with Upland USD and Chief Business Officer with Mammoth USD.

 

The attached employment contract features a three year agreement beginning on August 1, 2018. 

Financial Impact:
The attached contract includes a base salary of $165,000 annually.
Superintendent's Recommendation:
That the Board approve the Employment Agreement with Assistant  Superintendent Donnie Salamanca.
